A public record search for all liens and encumbrances against the real estate of current and prior owners. A loan policy insures the priority of the lien of the lender. The owners policy provides coverage for loss of damage to the property owner.
A search of the courthouse records (of the current owner) in the county where the property is located. This product also includes a bringdown and mortgage recording.
A report listing current deed information and a tax parcel identification number.
Document retrieval of a Mortgage Copy, Certified Mortgage Copy, Certified Deed of Trust, Judgment Copy or an Assignment Chain. Order single documents through the on-line order form or we can accept bulk orders for auditing and quality assurance purposes.
