HUD Preparation
We prepare the document based on the lender's instructions.
Disbursements
We cut the checks to payoff the mortgages and liens. These checks are sent directly to the payoff lender / lien holder. Proceed checks and any credit cards, checks, etc. will be sent directly to the borrower. All checks are sent overnight delivery.
Schedule Closer to Attend Closing
The settlement agent assigned to the account will work with the client to schedule a mutually convenient closing time for the borrower and the closer. The closing agent will attend, witness and notarize the closing.
Tax Search
If Integrated has to front monies to obtains the taxes, the fee will be on the HUD.
Mortgage Recording
Integrated will provide the service of recording the mortgage. Any fees to filing the mortgage are the responsibility of the client.
Final Review
The post-closing agent will review the file to ensure accuracy and completeness of the closing documents.
